Any clients requiring TDD or TT devices as a method of communication, Angel Care, Inc. Will contact the Illinois Telecommunications Access Corporation (ITAC) to arrange for their services.

SPANISH SPEAKING CLIENTS

Upon a paients request, Angel Care, Inc. can provide Spanish speaking nurses and therapists.

Who Is Eligible?

To qualify for health care, a client must:

• Essentially be homebound
• Need intermittent care
• Require skilled medical care by a health care professional, All patients are accepted for care regardless of race, color, sex, national origin, age or disability.

Who Pays?

Medicare, Medcaid and commercial insurance ( for qualified clients) cover home health services.

Under a physician's direction, Angel Care, Inc. can provide the following services:

Skilled Nursing

A registered nurse coordinates care, Oversees the clients progress and helps the client and caregiver understand:

• Stages of illness and recovery
• Use of medication and diet
• Recognition of symptons in recurring illness
• Clients rights and advance directives

Our registered nurses also provide skilled nursing care in the following areas.

• Would Care
• Enterostormal Therapy
• Infusion Therapy
• Nasogastric and Gastrostomy Care
• Venipuncture (per MD's order)
• Chemothrapy
• Foley Catheter Care and Insertion
• HIV-AIDS related illness
